Better Enchantment GUI Interface

The current GUI for Enchantment isn't great, because it's not very intuitive to new players.

Basically everyone has to check the wiki or learn from somewhere else that adding bookshelves next to the enchantment table increases its power, and the power level is not indicated anywhere in the GUI.

I think it should have a some sort of indicator that shows you empty bookshelf slots and fills up as you surround the enchantment table with them
