Diamond ore reduction for the new snapshot 23w31

There is too much diamond found in 23w31a. It seem even easier to get diamond in deep slate than iron. I would consider it is better to let the diamond generation like it was in 1.20.1 or maybe upgrade it a bit but not this much.
