More wandering trader variety

The recent snapshot has made the wandering trader much better in my opinion. But I think it still feels way too consistant for a trader that has supposedly been everywhere and brings stuff from far off places. I think the loot table should be extended to some other useful, but not overpowered items. Especially with the new items you can trade for emeralds, I think there's room to add a lot more to the trader. Especially since you can only trade with the trader a certain amount of times, I don't think most trades would become overpowered.
