When you play Minecraft, one of the many systems that you will encounter is the Redstone system, which opens up an entirely new way of playing and was fun for its generation. However, with the introduction of copper, redstone as an electrical component now seems strange, especially seeing how copper is used often in real electronics.
In my opinion, we should replace redstone's uses in Minecraft with copper. If we do so, we will give copper a wider range of uses and add more understandable logic to Minecraft. Although this may seem detrimental to older players, I believe that, due to copper's real life uses, the older players will be able to understand and adjust to the change easily.
This leads to another question: what would happen to redstone? Three options are available: we could either remove it entirely, replace it with another mineral, or give it another use. This will have to be answered by the developers.
