Noteblocks

Who uses note blocks for a song or yt videos and for a door bell decoration? I do I use them for songs and for yt videos there should be a way to see what number of times you clicked the noteblock and see the notes on it it will make it so much easier! There should be a command for it /NoteBlock @a Notes
