Allow the /schedule command to accept macro functions and their parameters.
Currently it can only accept functions, which limit's it's utility to customize when an function is triggered with specific data.
It's theoretically possible currently by way of /data commands to manipulate storage to generate a macro that calls a macro, however this requires a lot of housekeeping on the datapack authors part to keep everything correctly aligned, and prevent overwriting a previously scheduled macro done this way.
