Shield Enchantments

Enables the ability to add the knockback enchantment on a shield. This will knock players and mobs back farther when the shield is hit, and reflect arrows farther when shot at. Another addition could also be the Thorns enchantment, so an attacked will take a small amount of damage when striking the shield. Both enchantments will be applied via anvil.
