Firesee - new hostile mob in the nether

This new mob is called a Firesee. Think of a fire elemental with eyes and two arms, 1 block tall. The firesee can shoot fireballs from it's hands. The fireball's can travel 12 blocks from the Firesee, and can create 8 heart damage. This mob has 3 hearts, and when you kill it, a fireball drops. 

The Firesee lives in the nether, in the fortress. Rarely (3%) it can be found in the overworld. It often can be found near or next to blazes in the nether. The Firesee does not like snowballs or water. Those items could kill a Firesee. In all, it is a hostile mob (but is friends with a blaze). Being like an elemental, it can float over lava, and takes no fall damage.
