End Pillars in Disrepair when you first enter the End

When you first enter the End, all of the End Pillars should look like they are in disrepair. They would have chunks missing from them, which could be found on the floor around them. If and when the End Pillars are regenerated by using the End Fountain to respawn the Ender Dragon, the End Pillars would then look like they currently do, in perfect condition. This would make it appear as if the Ender Dragon had not been respawned for a long time before the player got there, as the End Pillars had time to fall into disrepair.
