End Pillars Regenerate Differently Each Time the Ender Dragon is Summoned

Every time the Ender Dragon is respawned using the End Fountain, the End Pillars should regenerate with different widths and heights.

This would make subsequent Ender Dragon fights more interesting, and maybe a bit more of a challenge.
