Remove Nitwits to discourage players from killing them.

The current nitwit villager lack of functionality indirectly encourages players to "remove" nitwits (through suffocation, lava buckets, any way that doesn't trace the death back to the player.)

By including "useless" human-like NPCs in the game Minecraft encourages eugenics, and suggests the notion that there are "useless" people in real life.

Either provide some functionality to nitwits or remove them entirely.
