Minecraft music frequency

Throughout the years, minecraft music has never disappointed, lets be honest. 

But, in my opinion, it has a problem. Well, not the music itself, but the way it works in minecraft: At the moment, a new random song playing at various times of the day, like noon or fall. 

But, the problem is that after a song is done, there is often a long period of silence, which - in my opinion - disrupts the atmosphere of minecraft, makes you sit there at times in pure silence and - at least for me - makes me listen to other music instead.

To fix this, minecraft should add a slider to adjust the frequency in which minecraft music is being played.

I really like minecraft's music, but there should definitely be an option to adjust the frequency of minecrafts music for us to enjoy the songs even more!
