The change with villagers having different trades in each biome looks like a very nice and interessing feature to me! It encourages more exploration and not just a boring and repetitive grind, a very nice change in my opinion! Maybe doing the same with every villager job would be a nice touch too not just the librarians.
But maybe it would be a nice thing if villager transportation changed too because I know a lot of people are struggling (including myself) and complaining because in my opinion moving villagers is not really intended by the game, you need to move their beds or their workstations or kidnap them in a boat/minecart, and once you break the boat/minecart/workstation, since the villager relocation is not an explicitly implemented feature, they wonder and just annoy you by not going where you want them to go.
I think the next step to make this feature (biome-dependent trades) very nice is to make an intended way to move villagers, maybe by hiring them to follow you, or to hire them to do a job (like harvesting potatoes) at a certain location (that the player entered) in exchange of X emeralds depending on the task and how far it is, or something else nice and satisfying to work with.
Thank you for your work!
