Narrator for different languages

I wanted to use Minecraft to help with learning Japanese. This is when I discovered that the narrator for java can only read the roman alphabet. I spent hours looking for a solution and found none. I wish the narrator was more customizable or at the very least could read in more language. This is an inconvenience for me but an accessibility issue for others
