As we are seeing, villagers are getting an upgrade for the good of the exploration. We will probably get some new types of village generation for the biomes that dont have and maybe a new system of breading this villagers that dont consist of making them mate in the expecific biomes for an specific type... Maybe, would be nice if you can dress up a villager with ropes, or give him items to let It equip It on: for example you can transform a villager if you gave him a stack of food and a lilypad, making It the swamp biome type (vines for jungle ones, cactus for the desert types, etc.). Also the breading process could stay as It is if the mecanic of dressing them with their biome is implemented, but if not i could recomend a more genetic manifestation of the parents atributs when born, without deppending the biome they are in. And real deal that named this post: villager trading benefits. For my perspective is a little strange how the discounts works. The discounts and changes made after a trade sould be more beneficial to the player and not a temporal thing that goes in a few Minecraft days. The consecuences of trading every day with a villager needs a permanent buff, like the zombification does but more gentle. It needs a points system of bonding, were you and that beautifull villager have been so long trading that the villager dont really know the market prices of his products anymore and is so wealthy he just do permanent discounts. Thats all I got to say Ty for reading :)
