A better way to nerf villager trades

With the new snapshot out, i have thought of a better way to nerf villager trades without making it too tedious for experienced players and too hard for new ones. Add a book that you can find in all different biomes of village chests that allows librarians from different biomes to learn how to make and sell items from the biome you got it from. To make this more balanced, there could be a period of time where this villager is unable to sell anything while they learn a new trade. This change would likely please many members of the community while also nerfing villager trades and not making trading way too hard for new players.
