I saw the newest snapshot and the changes look great! Emphasizing the value of exploration by encouraging the player to travel to different biomes, and therefore different villages is great! It really helps to show the world of minecraft that many people don't often explore! The changes on the villager trading system is interesting too, making wandering traders more of a valuable early game source of emeralds is gonna be great! And the changes to librarian villagers are very interesting! In many of my servers whoever made a trade farm was the king, and often that would happen within the first few days. I think these balance changes sound great, and really help to showcase other undervalued functions of minecraft, such as the enchantment table. I do have one concern however, which is the Crossbow and Trident. These two weapons are already somewhat underused by the minecraft community, and seemingly have been underappreciated by many. With the recent changes to librarians it seems that crossbow and trident enchantments have been removed from a librarian villagers inventory, which concerns me as a user of both. My friends discussed swapping out some enchantments on the villagers trades for trident enchantments, but why not add these enchantments to fletchers or fisher villagers? If a fisher villager can offer trident trades that would not only encourage users to use the trident more, but also add more viability to fisher villagers! I hope that others share this idea as well.
