Villager's trade that is really balanced

With the new snapshot of the 1.20, the librarian villagers now have locked trades for the books, I think this is better if we don't lock the book but the trade of the other villager, doing a rework on how the librarian trade their books mean that we also need a rework of the anvil and the enchanting table. The best idea is to let the librarians but do the same thing to other villager. (It is better to let the player do his book farm than adding useless grinding, minecraft would be just so boring)
