    I'm sorry and no offense, but this is probably by far one of the worst changes Mojang might make to minecraft (hopefully not though) since the 1.9 combat update. I mean, this doesn't make players want to play the game more to find the enchantments they need, instead it makes players annoyed and want to quit playing minecraft, which in return will make minecraft lose more players. "Making enchantments more difficult makes for a longer and more enjoyable experience, and an opportunity to explore biomes." no, i don't think so. I think instead of making the game more enjoyable, it will make it more unbearable. And besides, people already explore new biomes to find the blocks they need to finish a build, but to have to do that to trade with villagers is rediculous. I hope you can understand why I'm glad this only got 1 vote.

    i strongly disagree, but please let me explain...

    Minecraft is a game in which you can literally play, on the same world, until your lifespan has ended in the real world, and not have experienced everything in that world.  It is "long and enjoyable" enough.

    The "opportunity to explore biomes" is clearly available to anyone who faces a random direction, and begins moving forward...ooh, and at random intervals... guess what, they can perform a random direction change, and explore even more...

    In short, changing the mechanics of villager trading is nothing short of a slap to the face of those who thoroughly enjoy the way things are, and would have no way to keep them that way.
