There should be a villager that gets a profession from an anvil. perhaps named the iron mason, which trades iron, gold, lapiz, diamond and even netherite scraps for emeralds. Like in the master level in the iron mason, it is 5 emeralds for one scrap of netherite, even about 40 emeralds for another anvil too.
