Stop making Bedrock Edition worse for parity.

Stop removing unique, useful features from Bedrock Edition just to have parity with Java Edition.

Instead, add those features to Java Edition to make it better, instead of making Bedrock worse.

    Remember when cobwebs could no longer be crafted into 9 string on Bedrock? Legacy Console still allows for the crafting of a cobweb into 9 string!
