Add /op and similar Commands officially and for command blocks

I would like the /op command to be added for Minecraft Bedrock and Java edition officially and for command blocks so we can give or remove certain permissions by using command blocks, for example a command block where you can put someone as admin for 10 minutes and then remove the permission or for example a command block which would remove the build or extract permission in certain area from the players, although is possible to remove permissions of players manually in Minecraft Bedrock, but I would like a command which could do that and also a command for Java
