Option to bring back old Minecraft UI's [Java edition]

I strongly dislike the UI changes that have taken place since the Microsoft account migration. Having played Minecraft for close to 10 years, I find the new UI's unintuitive, confusing, and unnecessary.

I do understand the need for improved accessibility and inclusiveness, and some people may like the recent changes. I don't think Mojang should revert these changes completely. However, I think an option to toggle the old UI would be awesome.

A toggle in video settings for "Classic UI" / "Modern UI" with a default to "Modern UI" would make everyone happy in my opinion.

What I expect this to effect:

  •  World creation page
  • Inventory Organization

These changes make it so I don't want to play the latest versions of Minecraft. Allow me to bring back the old UI's and I will play newer then 1.17.2
