When concerning endgame content, the end is always considered to be Minecraft’s endgame, with the elytra providing flight, and shuckers providing mobile chests, it amazes me that we are still yet to get anything relating to either defence or offence in the end, we have netherite armour and tools, okay, and perhaps that’s enough. But I feel the end needs more substance than just flight and storage. An extremely powerful rare drop from the dragon, somewhat akin to a super weapon or armour that only drops 5 percent of the time or less to add more reason to repeat dragon fights for example, or perhaps something to craft tools or superior items with, maybe even an upgrade to netherite only found in the end, I’m aware end netherite templates exist but I think it’s fairly common knowledge that no one really cares about the actual practicality of templates, and that they’re purely decorative really, so perhaps some new resource to upgrade our netherite to make ourselves truly difficult to kill, i feel that would be a good reward for killing the games final boss. This upgrade mechanic could work similarly to netherite upgrading, just instead upgrading netherite into something more, a theoretical end ore or something. Plus, yellow armour that’s not useless, come on that sounds cool
