Villager Chief

This villager can be found in every village but can not be interacted with before meeting certain condition. This villager does not need any specific job block to be linked to. Can be only traded with once all types of villagers has been leveled up to maximum level. Then players can trade with this villager to get difficult to get items such as Netherite upgrade template or Netherite Trims or it could be a new resource or item that may get introduced with this villager update. Once players have traded with this villager they unlock a new achievement "Master Trader". Also allowing them be able to trade with villagers in the village at a discounted rate.
