Dynamic lights are when you hold a light object like torch's, sea lamps, lanterns, and other stuff so when you hold them then It lights up around you like 2 to 3 blocks so you will be able to see in the dark without wasting torches! Its a big Upgrade! And mod developers might need to stop making those mods.
