Cape from an event hosted in Chicago

There was originally meant to be a cape for an event in Orlando. However, not all of us live that close. I believe there should be the same/different event but hosted in Chicago. Of course, different locations should have different capes, but having one in Chicago would be awesome and convenient, there deserve to be more capes in general.
