Just Awesome Support!

I just wanted to write about the awesome customer support experience I have with the support team (Ian A. and Colin R.).

I am just about to have my second child and thought it would be fun to show my 3 year old boy minecraft. A game I enjoyed a lot growing up. I bought this account back in 2012 and could not remember the password and it was set up under the old system with a username only. 

I was not really ready to buy the game again twice (one for me and one for my son) so I took a chance and emailed support. They were awesome!! after a few days they have given me access to my account. I can no wait to try it with my son!
