New structures spawn in pre-loaded chunks

A cool idea I thought of is that whenever a new update comes out that adds a new structure or biome if the player previously loaded in a chunk but didn't tamper it at all then new biomes or structures can spawn in those chunks.

    It should warn the player if you want to generate new structures in old chunks.
