More Support For Datapacks

Datapacks are just so annoying to make, theres no support for custom blocks or NBT crafting, this could all be fixed with some easy things, for the blocks just make it so you can design a block from an already existing block, such as making a block with the stone material and a less laggy method than using item frames for the textures, and for the crafting add NBT crafting. Mojang if you're seeing this please add this.
