Toggleable Pre and Post 1.9 Combat

Since there is such a 50/50 split with a vast amount of players still playing with the old pvp mechanics pre 1.9, a way to toggle this back and forth to your own liking would be very useful!

As far as I can tell a "/gamerule" command could work well. This way it could be set to taste, and for those that want to keep the old combat system could do so. Also those who want to continue with the new system could so do without issue as well.

This way there is more cutomization and players can decide better for themselves which system is better.

Personally, and for many people 1.9 was a bad update due to so many servers relying on the old PvP system for the gameplay and fun. There were way too many people that stopped playing and good servers that shut down or died off after this.
