Pirates

Pillager-like mobs that can spawn in clusters in the ocean, either sitting in regular boats (like a scout team) or a pirate ship! Shipwrecks could also have some undead-pirates spawning in them, as well as some more loot to be found within the chests. The pirate ships could be stationary completed versions of the shipwreck, and could spawn with pirates as well as their captain, which would work similar to pillager captains, but he has a hat instead of a banner. They could carry swords and crossbows, and sometimes have villager captives on the ship. They could also spawn on land if there is a shipwreck nearby, and the captain could drop a treasure map. This is something that my brothers and I have been theorizing for the past couple years, and it would be awesome to see them in the game!
