What is parity? This category is designed just for features that exist but work one way on one platform, and another way on a different platform. Bugs are not parity! This seems like such a simple thing. A grass path. Silk Touch is an enchantment that allows you to take any block and keep it the way it already is when you mine it. However grass paths do not drop with a shovel in Java Edition. Until you could get both editions for free I had not noticed this was an issue, but I got Bedrock Edition and realized that these are useful mechanics I don't see in Java.
