The Nautilus mob is a new fish that you have to dig up with the brush that is only in the frozen lake biome. If you kill it, it drops a nautilus shell. If you tame it with a fish it and bring it to a nautilus to a running conduit it will make the conduit more powerful but you can only do it once.
