Post trending

 It would be nice if you could add a way of finding posts that are trending the day, week or month in so users are less dependent on those posting links to other sites for votes. In the majority of sites it is possible to see what posts are generating the highest number of likes and comments in the current time. Quality comments are currently getting about 8 votes on this Web site, but they're buried by lesser quality suggestions. This would help the qulity posts to stay relevant for a long time, without having to worry about getting numbers with outside influence and getting buried.
