Better Programmer art

Adding a secondary option to programmer art where original concepts and programmer art is added as an optional resource pack. Aswell as adjusting textures post 1.14 texture update. For example, the original drip leaf, original grimstone, original warden, original copper, axolotls, old pigmen, original hoglin, and the camel. These prerelease textures could be copied from minecraft live showcases and added to a custom resource pack, however with the changes to minecraft live this isn’t possible to obtain original textures made my programmers. Fixes to newer textures like new wood types that dont match others in the programmer art resource pack, the old vex models, and nether ores etc. Minecraft obviously has a new look having professional artists designing textures, but many people like the old feel and look having textures unprofessionally designed by developers. I feel like fixing the current programmer art texturepack or adding a second one with more art from the actual programmers would be a good addition to the game and i believe many people would like this to be implemented.
