Structures for Mesa Biomes

It would be cool to have a wild west themed village in a mesa biome, though perhaps instead of villagers there could be a neutral mob inhabiting it that will attack you if provoked. Also abandoned villages similar to zombie villages in deserts and mesas except they don’t spawn with hostile mobs and look different in some way.
