the pause screen

in bedrock make the pause screen actually pause. at least the settings. There have been many times where I have been killed by mobs when changing settings.

    They can not pause the game.
    They should put the player in spectator mode

    they have this feature already, but it only works in singleplayer because otherwise it would have to pause the whole server.
