spawning on easy mode

mob spawning on easy mode is too frequent, easy node should be for lighter players who just want to build and gather resources, but the spawning, especially in the nether is way too high, i would need full diamond gear to  survive, but i need things in the nether to help me get full gear, ghasts are more hard than anything in the nether because I died even with a shield, and still all of my stuff burnt immediately, i cant kill ghasts when there are 3 of them, not enjoyable, especially on easy mode.
