Illusioner (Raid Boss)

The Illusioner has been in java edition behind the command wall for years now its has also been in Minecraft Dungeons since 2020. my proposal is to finally give it a use: as a final boss in raids people have been asking for a new boss for a long time now and I believe that it would be a good idea to give the illusioner that spotlight. And for those who prefer the Dungeons Design In a snowy biome it will look like it does in Minecraft Dungeons. A few new abilites for it is mabye convert allays to vexes as well as summon lightning its drop would be some fireworks (as the arrows) 3 emerald blocks and a new item the illusionists crown and it would make all illagers friendly to the player (like piglins when your wearing gold armor) and it would give as much protection as an gold helmet and the durabilaty of a iron helmet. :)
