I have been playing Minecraft since August of 2011, and starting a superflat survival world recently has reignited my passion for this game that I had been missing for years. A completely new challenge, endless opportunities, as the superflat world does not suggest any build style like biomes do, and players can design a fitting terrain for their build style themselves with ease, as there is nothing interrupting them, like a huge mountain range for example.
Sadly, features of recent updates still are unavailable for superflat players, such as deepslate or bamboo, pink petals or others. This restricts the player in an unnecessary way, as ancient cities or geodes could theoretically generate below the bedrock layer in superflat worlds without interfering with any terrain. Bamboo and pink petals are also unobtainable, and adding them to the wandering trader would be an easy solution.
Please consider giving superflat players access to the new features.
