Silent Amethyst Noteblocks for Allay

Replacing the redstone dust with an amethyst shard in the crafting recipe will create an Amethyst Noteblock. These noteblocks have the exact same functionality as regular noteblocks, as in they interact with redstone the same and have the same number of unique notes, but create a pitch too high for any mob to hear- except for the Allay, with their sensitive hearing. They will link up with the noteblocks just the same as the regular ones, as well. As it stands currently, Allay based farms and contraptions make quite a horrendous racket, as using the typical way of silencing a noteblock- covering it- will stop the Allay from linking with it. I could also see the Warden and Sculk being able to hear it, as it would make thematic sense for them to be able to pick up on higher frequencies.
