ADD FEATURES ALLOW USER TO CHANGE THE LOCATION OF TOUCH CONTROL BUTTONS

While there are now more options for touch controls, they're not quite right for everyone; so the feature allows the user to change the position of the touch controls. It is necessary and it will make it easier to play Minecraft pe.
