Saddles with bags

Craftable with a bundle and saddle, you can make a saddle with a saddlebag! This would have less space than the chests on donkeys and mules but can be used on horses and you can still add horse armor. But you can use saddle bags on donkeys and mules to expand the chest if already on them. Making the donkey/mule have the same inventory space as a chest. This would greatly help in Minecraft making horses more useful than just for transport
