Make other illagers spawn in pillager patrols

In 1.18.0.20 vindicators were removed the chance of spawning in illager patrols.

I’m pretty sure this made it impossible to get wood without a bonus chest in flat survival, which I didn’t like since I like flat survival a lot. 

I think that vindicators in pillager patrols should be added back to the game and maybe a 0.007 chance for an evoker to spawn, a 0.01 chance for a ravager to spawn and a 0.009 chance for a witch to spawn.
