PlayStation edition button disappearance

My Edition button ( the button that allows you to go back to the Console Edition of Minecraft )
disappeared when I updated my Minecraft to the latest version. I proceeded to delete Minecraft and reinstall it. It gave me back the Edition button, but when I tried to download my saved data from the cloud it got taken away. I deleted and reinstalled Minecraft for a second time and now have the Edition again, but I can't download my saved data ( other than worlds ) from the cloud or it will take it away again. please fix this issue. thanks
