Gamerule to disable changing spawners with eggs

Giving away spawn eggs can be quite fun as a reward in survival but the balance is changed massively when a player can use that egg on a spawner.

It's still a very useful feature in creative so I'd love a gamerule that can disable the changing of spawners with these eggs

    This is a gamerule I would love to have as a server owner for the exact reasons stated. Giving survival players spawn eggs would be a wonderful perk in-game, but the fact that they can change mob spawner blocks is the one thing preventing me from doing it on my servers.
