Invisible item frames and nether roof building

It would be great if we had the ability to obtain invisible item frames and armour stands and the ability to build on the nether roof in bedrock and education as these things are found in java and it would be a great for map building in both education and bedrock if we had them.

    It's just worth increasing the height of the Nether to the current building limit.
