buff ocelots

Ocelots used to be a very iconic mob in minecraft since it was the only way to get cats before the village and pillage update. nowadays they have been forgotten, living in the shadow of pandas and parrots. 

I suggest making them a bit more common, often i find myself walking through an entire jungle not even finding a single one. 

Also give them a use such as being able to hunt for you or assist in combat, maybe give them a unique drop that can be used to make speed 3 potions.
