Expanding on a Villager Idea

A Guard Villager has been mentioned, but I thought I'd expand on the "how" part.  Normally, if a crafting block is placed (and there is enough beds) one of your "unemployed" villagers will change to operate that block.  I thought perhaps if an Armor Stand is placed, and all the slots are filled, then a villager will don the items and act as a wandering town guard during daylight hours.  His defense and damage stats could reflect whatever items you placed on the stand.  If you place enough of them, you could form quite a cool little town defense.  And if you ring the town bell, while all the other villagers ran for cover, the guards would swarm the invaders!!! Awesome right?!?
